Track to KeysHome

Terms of Service.

Effective August 13, 2026 · Track to Keys is a product of Surfstung Systems, Charleston, SC.

What this is

Track to Keys is deal-tracking software for South Carolina real estate agents: it computes contract timelines, hosts client portals and property pages, drafts messages a human sends, and keeps records. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

What it is not

Not legal advice, not brokerage services, and not a substitute for a licensed professional's judgment. The app does date math and recordkeeping; the agent reviews everything and advises their clients. Deadlines it computes are previews the agent confirms against the actual contract — the contract governs, always. Track to Keys is not affiliated with any MLS, association, or the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.

Accounts and responsibility

Agents are responsible for what they put in: accurate dates, truthful advertising details, having the right to use photos they upload, and their own compliance with license law and fair-housing law (the app helps — full firm name and equal-housing language on client surfaces — but compliance is the licensee's). Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your login is yours.

Client portals, links, and signatures

Portal and signing links are private capability links — share them the way you'd share a key. Electronic signatures collected through the disclosure flow are made under the South Carolina Uniform Electronic Transactions Act: signers confirm consent to sign electronically, and signed records are retained with their audit trail for both parties.

The demo

The demo is sample deals and sample people. Demo links live only inside that sandbox and can vanish anytime. Nothing in the demo is a real listing, person, or offer.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to spam, harass, misrepresent listings, capture data you have no right to, or break the law. We can suspend accounts that do.

The honest legal paragraph

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise zero bugs or zero downtime, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed deadlines, or lost deals — verify dates against your contract. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by South Carolina law; disputes belong to the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the effective date moves and account holders are told in the app. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
